I pushed really hard this morning to get one of only 3 ferries running throughout the day arriving at 1pm. It was almost a struggle getting to Kalundborg where the ferry departed because of headwind and the winding cycle paths around the main highway, I arrived 15 minutes before it left to Aarhus. At least the weather was nice, but it really was a close call.
Boarding it all sweaty and tired i inhaled a coffee while updating my blog.
Arriving in Aarhus I had to find my way to Marianne's place, so getting directions from the apple store where i unnecessarily pretended I was interested in their products I pulled up a map and found found my way there.
Catching up with Marianne was cool, we talked about the shit we got up to in taganga, Columbia finding out more than I wanted to. The weather cleared up for the afternoon so we cycled into town and checked out the old town that was now a museum.
We cycled around for a bit and returned back to hers via purchasing some groceries for dindins.
She cooked up a typical old-fashioned Danish meal involving minced pork that was quite good and I made dessert - pineapple gratin with grilled nut butter and icecream.
Linda who was traveling with Marianne was suppose to show up but unfortunately never did, it would have been good to see her but oh well.

The food for the evening. So good.
